 ESPERIENZE DI RICERCA 

Maurizio Mastromatteo, born in 1974, is a sculptor from Florence, Italy. He went through experimentation with painting, papier-mache and mosaic, then he finally came to ceramic.With the use of the luster and the oxygen reduction's firing technique, he gets bright and iridescent colors. He often uses the sign as a graphic movement; wheter it being the symbol of the figure's inner movement or the symbol of the connection with the outside.
